Group Therapy

Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy where a small group of individuals, typically ranging from 5 to 15 participants, meet regularly with one or more trained therapists. This therapeutic approach provides a supportive and interactive setting in which individuals can share their experiences, concerns, and emotions with others who may be dealing with similar issues. Group therapy can be effective for various mental health concerns and interpersonal difficulties. Group therapy can be beneficial for a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, eating disorders, and interpersonal difficulties. The success of group therapy often depends on the facilitation skills of the therapist, the cohesion of the group, and the willingness of participants to engage actively in the therapeutic process.
